Whistle Express Car Wash

$29 for the top of the line car wash. Left soap on the car, dirty spots everywhere and some permanent swirl marks on the hood. This is a brand new car and its first car wash. I told the attendant about it and he said, “nothing I can do about it now”.

Came here thinking it was still Derick’s so I was a little confused when I pulled up. I said screw it im already here and went anyways. I was pleasantly surprised to find the best vacuum's I’ve ever used in my life here. I wasn’t able to use the car wash due to my wrap so I’m not sure how well that works and also the air compressor seemed to be broken on mine so not much power was coming out but tbh with the vacuum power they have here it wasn’t even needed.

I’ve honestly been hesitant about signing up for another car wash membership, but after hearing so many great things about Whistle Express Car Wash from my client Janice Orick, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did! Mr. Craig truly went above and beyond. My car hadn’t been washed in a while—with all the pollen, rain, and even snow buildup—so it definitely needed some attention. I finally had some time today and took a chance, and not only did I sign up for a membership, but Mr. Craig even upgraded my second wash when I asked to go through again for a better clean. That level of customer service really stood out to me. He was kind, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Mr. Craig, thank you for your excellent customer service and for checking in on me. It truly made a difference! I leave 10 stars if I could 👍‼️

Previously gave this business a 3 stars cus I had to spend 40 minutes spot cleaning my husbands truck after running through the car wash twice. My husband still uses them but I have to say they’ve improved. I’ve been in his truck a few times since that review. They use pressure washers and a soft brush to get the bugs and stuff off. I feel like they have taken the review and made a meaningful difference. I would recommend getting a membership if you’re local. Thanks guys
